CHA will soon be ending 2011 with our awards banquet on February 3, 2012 at the Stock Exchange (at Old
                           City Hall), corner of Fox and Canal St., Carlsbad, NM. Please call your reservations into Luann Underwood at (575) 887-0078 by January 29, 2012.

We will have a short meeting to discuss the future of CHA.
                           We need a consistent show secretary and more members and riders. The shows have been getting smaller and we are spending more
                           that we are taking in. We have more out-of-town members than local members and we don’t have enough local members to
                           put the jumps/trail obstacles in the arena, water and drag the arena. We also need announcers, gate people, stall managers,
                           etc. to be able to continue holding the 3 English, and 3 Western shows for year-end awards. We will elect officers for 2012
                           and discuss any possible rule changes.. If you would like to serve as an officer or wish to see someone serve, please contact
                           Luann Underwood at (505) 887-0078.

Please bring any door prize items you would like to donate. Also enclosed is
                           the 2011 year-end standings and 2012 Show Schedule. I would like to thank you all for your help this year. Hope to see you
